Charges Withdrawn – Gun Charge – Commonwealth v. A.M.

The Commonwealth charged A.M. with Violations of the Uniform Firearm Act. Ms. Snyder questioned the police at the preliminary hearing to lock them into their testimony. Her precise cross-examination weakened the Commonwealth’s case against AM.

Ms. Shaw used her in-depth knowledge of recent case law to persuade the District Attorney to withdraw the charges. After thorough trial preparation, the District Attorney decided it was not worth it to even bring the case to trial. A.M. was able to walk out of the courthouse a free man.

If you are faced with firearms charges, an experienced criminal defense attorney in Philadelphia, PA, can make sure that your rights are protected. Working together, we will protect your legal rights, hold the Commonwealth to their burden of proving all charges beyond a reasonable doubt, and aggressively defend you against such serious charges in court. Our team of dedicated lawyers is ready to assist you throughout the entire legal process.
